Refund/Return Policy

Kindly note that ronaG Art2Crafts only allow return of product(s) purchased if the product(s) are damaged, non-functioning or have been wrongly delivered. Any product claim for return must be done within 14 days from the date of receipt. Product return must be unused, unwashed, with original condition and packaging.

ronaG Art2Crafts do not entertain monetary refund but instead store credit equivalent to the amount purchased will be issued to claimant once the returned items have been verified to meet the above conditions.

Kindly submit any return request to the administrator at [email protected]. Return request will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned product(s).
